|  | S.A.M. PhD -- Consultant SAM has a Ph.D. in chemistry from Caltech, with
expertise in nanotechnology and MEMS.
He has approximately a
dozen patents and patent applications in MEMS stiction, MEMS process,
and electronic and optical materials. His R&D experience
includes support of a high volume MEMS device, and development of
technology to enable prototype devices in a venture-funded
environment. He has also written on nanotechnology for a
well-respected technology magazine.
